WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform repetitive administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Audit and maintain CRM by ensuring agents are entering all information and applying proper tags
Assist with Asana Project Plan creation and management (assign tasks and setting due dates based on established best practices)
Assist with email inbox management and organization
Post prepared material to social media, following a provided calendar
Populate existing Canva templates with photos and information for new listings
Additional administrative duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS YOU NEED
Tech-savvy fast learner
At least 2 years working for a US based company during US business hours
Backup power and internet systems from your place of work
A dedicated quiet space to work (not sharing workspace with family or other workers)
Fast internet and fully functioning, modern computer system
Business hours are approx. 9am - 5pm PST
Previous experience working within US-based real estate is a plus
